Our client, a leading organization in warehouse and logistics services, is seeking an Operator 1, Warehouse Operations to join their team. As an Operator 1, Warehouse Operations, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of materials and products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Location: Zelienople, PA Pay Range: $16 Shift: Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. What's the Job? Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, pallet wrapping machines, and walking stackers to move materials within the warehouse. Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory and materials handled. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency. Perform routine tasks involving material handling, logistics, and warehouse management. Work under supervision to develop skills in operational processes and equipment use. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. One to two years of previous warehouse or related experience. Basic skills training in material handling, logistics, or manufacturing processes. Effective communication skills and the ability to interpret written documents in English. Ability to perform basic math calculations and operate in a metrics-driven environment. What's in it for me?
