The Senior Business Data Analyst position can be based in either Indianapolis, Indiana, or Lebanon, Pennsylvania. You’ll collaborate with site leadership and key stakeholders to build dashboards, implement standard tools, and support data-driven decision-making. In addition to core analytics work, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects across multiple sites, support site startups, and act as a point of contact for analytics community initiatives.Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support operational and strategic decisionsFull development of Power BI including data visualization and back-end data model designClean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques to uncover trends and drive improvementsImplement and maintain standard reporting tools for the site or sectorAssist various functional teams (HR, Finance, etc.) with customized analytical solutions to meet evolving business needsServe as a point of contact for Power BI-related questions and analytics community initiativesLead knowledge-sharing sessions to promote data literacy and tool adoptionManage analytics projects independently and across multiple sitesDesign and implement data pipelines (ETL) from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sourcesApply Python, R, or other analytics tools to enhance reporting and automationStay current with modern data analytics trends and apply best practices to improve processesSupport site startups as needed by implementing analytics tools and reporting frameworksRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience, required3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, requiredExtensive experience using SQL or other scripting languages (such as Python or R) to query, clean, and transform data, requiredProficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards and reports from scratch, requiredProficiency in writing DAX expressions to automate and enhance Power BI reports, requiredExperience designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources, requiredStrong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling techniques, and modern analytics trends, requiredExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, requiredAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional projects, requiredMust be able to work fully onsite if role based out of a warehouse, requiredOur Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
