Description Acara Solutions seeks a Senior Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator for our client in Charleroi, PA.The Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.Basically, you'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production, or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies, and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses, and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience.Minimum of 6 years of Fiber optic splicing and assembly experience.Preferred Skills / Qualifications:Associate Degree in Manufacturing.Certification in Manufacturing.Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuration of customer/standard software on customer devices.Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking.Distinct communication and computer skills.Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications.Creative thinking with the ability to mitment to ongoing professional development.Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
