Position Title:IT Trainer Employment Type:Contract (Potential for conversion) - 6+ months Location: Palm Beach Gardens (2-3 days onsite) Work Authorization:US Citizen / Green Card Holder Position Overview: The IT Trainer will provide both in-person and virtual training programs for new IT products and services. The trainer will also support process mapping and value stream mapping initiatives by delivering targeted training sessions. Key Responsibilities: • Training Delivery (50%): Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on new IT products. Teach value stream mapping based on process analyst inputs. Assist with coaching and answering trainee questions. • Training Preparation (50%): Develop and prepare training materials, including presentations. Utilize tools like Mural and Menti for interactive and visual collaboration. Create training content using MS Office products, especially PowerPoint. Top Required Skills: Training Experience (5-6 years): Proven experience conducting in-person and virtual trainings in an IT environment.Experience with IT product infrastructure and enterprise architecture training is a plus.Knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies is beneficial. Training Methodologies (5-6 years): Strong understanding of kinesthetic, audio, and visual training techniques.Ability to provide real-world examples and applications of training material. Tool Proficiency: Experience with Mural and Menti (or similar tools) for visual collaboration.Strong proficiency in MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint. Overall Training & Development Experience: Background in training and development within an IT environment.Open to former teachers and individuals with Agile and mentorship experience. Preferred Characteristics: • Excellent communication skills • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques • Comfortable speaking in front of both virtual and in-person groups • Strong organizational and presentation skills
