Job Duty Job Duty Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all dental supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support teaching and clinical needs. Job Duty Ordering and Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers to order new supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing. Job Duty Storage and Organization: Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items to optimize space and facilitate easy access for faculty, students, and staff. Job Duty Inventory Control: Implement inventory control procedures such as regular audits, stocktaking, and monitoring usage patterns to prevent shortages or overstocking. Job Duty Quality Assurance: Ensure that all dental supplies meet required quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations. Job Duty Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of inventory transactions, including receiving, distribution, and usage. Generate reports on inventory levels, usage trends, and budget expenditures. Job Duty Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, staff, and administration to understand their inventory needs and ensure that they have the necessary supplies and equipment for teaching and clinical activities.
