WEEKEND SHIFT AVAILABLESTART ASAPThe right team member will be AVAILABLE and PUNCTUAL. This client is a hands-on transfer and is in need of an EXPERIENCED person in Parkinson's, Alzheimer's/Dementia. Family is very hands-on and provides all meals. You will feed/assist the client with feeding as needed, provide companionship and personal care (incontinence experience, bed bathing, turning/rolling as needed, garment changes, etc.) and clean up after your client (including dishes, drinkware, etc.) Any assistance requested by the client is permitted - laundry, cleaning, etc., and you will be ready to assist. You are responsible for documenting and reporting on the condition and shift. This includes in the home as well as for the agency.
