This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a strong background inSMT process development, automation, and customer-facing project leadership. Key Responsibilities Leadnew customer product launches, from prototype to full production. Develop and implementmanufacturing workflowsandprocess documentation. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery. Analyze cycle times, run rates, and line readiness for SMT and assembly operations. Troubleshoot process issues usingSPC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools. Interface directly with customers to define requirements, align goals, and ensure launch success. Qualifications Bachelors degreein Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of SMT process engineering experience(flex/rigid-flex preferred). Experience withautomation engineering,reflow profiling, andstencil design. Working knowledge ofIPC-A-610,IATF 16949, and/orAS9100standards. Familiar withMRP systems (CSI)andMS Office tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience mentoring teams and supportingNPI (New Product Introduction)activities.
