Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification, under the supervision of the OT and DOR.Education/Qualifications: Employee must hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college. Must hold a current and valid license granted from the state of employment. Current and valid OTA license granted from state of employment.
