Title: Hotel Porter - 1st Shift (Part-Time)Compensation: $16.25/hr.Shift/Working Hours: Part-Time; Must have open availability within Monday - Saturday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) and Sunday (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM).About the role:PrideStaff is partnering with a local Asheville hotel to find a dedicated and motivated Part-Time Porter to maintain the pristine appearance of their property. This role is essential to ensuring a positive first impression for all guests by keeping common areas, guest corridors, and the exterior sparkling clean.What you will do:Maintain the cleanliness of all guest-facing and public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms.Ensure the exterior grounds, such as the parking lot and sidewalks, are free of debris, leaves, and trash.Support the Housekeeping team by assisting with the removal of linens/towels and stocking essential supplies in linen closets.Perform specific cleaning duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning windows (interior and exterior).Handle the disposal of trash and linen and assist with unloading/storing deliveries as spect and report any maintenance needs, particularly issues with public area lighting.What you will bring:If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you!A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a dependable approach to daily tasks.High standards for cleanliness and a keen attention to detail.Physical ability to perform tasks requiring constant walking, lifting, bending, and pushing (up to 35 pounds).Demonstrated ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with team fortable working independently and efficiently to complete a daily checklist of duties.What Sets This Opportunity Apart (The Perks!)Convenient Location: On a bus line for easy commuting.Uniforms Provided: You will be provided with necessary clusive Environment: A workplace that is bilingual pensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $16.25
