Demonstrate the ability to adhere to and remain in compliance with all safety rules and PPE requirements Successfully complete classroom and DOJO training (copper to copper brazing, copper to brass brazing, copper to steel brazing and know the five stages of flux) Read, understand, and work from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, applicable OMS documents, and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction. Work with materials to complete assigned tasks to meet production requirements. Operate tools and equipment to assemble, test, handle, manipulate and move components, assemblies, and final product. Use measuring and testing devices as well as visual inspection to ensure the quality products and conformity to all prints, work instructions and Quality standards. Maintain required records including but not limited to quality checklists, inputs into specified electronic systems and reporting of all line issues into the appropriate data collection systems.
