Role:Industry Lead, Nonprofit and PhilanthropyTarget Level:Senior Director or DirectorAbout the PositionThis role leads Slalom’s global Nonprofit & Philanthropy strategy within Slalom’s Public & Social Impact (PSI) industry. You will set the vision for how Slalom partners with large nonprofits, foundations, associations, and mission-driven organizations around the world. You will shape industry growth, drive solution and offering innovation, and elevate Slalom’s position as a strategic leader in technology, data, AI, and enterprise transformation for the sector. You will collaborate across PSI markets, global partners, account leaders, and senior executives to drive impactful change and create sustainable solutions that empower mission-driven organizations.What You’ll DoSet the vision for and lead the direction of Slalom’s global Nonprofit & Philanthropy industry, establishing multi-year industry targets and GTM strategy, as well as an overall strategic point of view based on effecting systemic change.Drive growth across priority markets by developing scalable operating models, partnering with market and account leaders, and ensuring accountability to goals.Build and strengthen high-trust relationships with C-suite leaders at foundations, large nonprofits, associations, and in issue areas important to Slalom’s PSI strategy.Shape and scale our nonprofit solution portfolio—including data strategy, AI/RAI adoption, digital & cloud modernization, CRM/ERP modernization, and merger readiness.Develop accelerators, POVs, workshops, and repeatable offerings that enhance differentiation and deepen market relevance.Cultivate co-selling strategies with AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft, and emerging partners to expand market footprint and unlock funded pilot opportunities.Represent Slalom at industry events and conferences, elevating our presence through panels, executive convenings, and thought leadership.Grow and steward our Nonprofit & Philanthropy community of practice—building expertise, codifying best practices, and curating success stories.Ensure strong integration between business processes, technology, data, and people to drive performance and impact for nonprofit enterprises.Contribute to business development and solutioning conversations across markets, shaping pursuits and guiding teams toward impactful outcomes.What You’ll BringDeep nonprofit and philanthropic industry expertise, including trusted relationships with foundation, association, and nonprofit leaders.Proven consulting leadership across enterprise transformation, data & analytics, AI/RAI strategy, cloud modernization, CRM/ERP, and operating model design.Strong fluency across partner ecosystems, especially AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, and nonprofit-aligned emerging partners.Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth, expanding capabilities, and shaping industry strategy.Ability to translate complex technology and transformation initiatives into clear, mission-aligned outcomes for executives and boards.Executive presence with exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.About UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Director is:Boston, Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Seattle is $270,000 to $310,000 USDAtlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Philadelphia, Phoenix is $248,000 to $288,000 USDThe targeted base salary pay range for Director is:Boston, Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Seattle is $235,000 to $275,000 USDAtlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Philadelphia, Phoenix is $220,000 to $260,000 USDIn addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
