Description Are you aRecruiting Coordinatorlooking to join one of the top companies in theAerospace and Defenseindustry?Are you looking to further your career and grow?Do you have experience inWorkday or Applicant Tracking System?If you answered yes to those three questions, then apply today!Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to workON-SITEwith our client in Elma, terested?Here's what you'd do:As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll partner with client recruiters to provide comprehensive recruiting support for hourly/non-exempt and salary/exempt level positions.You'll schedule interviews at various U.S. sites, coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.Demonstrate client Culture & Philosophy as the first point of contact for potential candidates.Coordinate and schedule telephone and onsite municate effectively with interview teams and managers to ensure candidate experience is positive, organized, and welcoming.Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates, both coming to the facility as well as going to other client locations.Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring background check & toxicology test are completed and documented.Learn and comply with FAA requirements, working with candidates to obtain necessary training & drug screen.Effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction.Use interpersonal skills to build relationships with managers, other HR staff, and represent the client positively in various settings inside and outside the organization.Daily work in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Workday, and various platforms to support the role function.Here's what you'll get:Pay: $22.00 - $26.00/ hr.Hours:40hrs/Week.
