As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for providing continuing guidance to our nursing team and coordinating the RAI process. If you are an energetic, caring, and compassionate candidate with a strong background in Long-Term Care settings, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing departmentAssist in the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnelParticipate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling regular in-service training classes to ensure a well-educated nursing departmentCoordinate the RAI process, ensuring timeliness and completeness of MDS, CAA's, and Interdisciplinary Care PlanMonitor and guide the completion of assessments in a timely mannerAssist with inputting MDS assessments, transmission to the state, and obtaining receipt of validationSchedule and facilitate care plan conferences and facilitate monthly QM meetingsManage Care Planning ProcessRequirementsCurrent RN license (preferred)Experience in Long-Term Care settings3 years management experience preferredExcellent Communication Skills requiredEvidence of basic leadership skills and supervisionFlexible hours requiredHow to ApplyIf you are a motivated and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.
