In partnership with cross-functional analytics teams, you will synthesize and interpret data from various sources, including web analytics tools, social media and sales enablement platforms, and customer relationship management systems. Using this information, you'll develop insights that will inform marketing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and measure campaign this role, you will work cross functionally with Brand and Product Marketing, Technology, Sales, Agencies and Line of Business Analytics teams to provide insights in support of strategic decision-making. A successful candidate will love data, testing hypotheses, challenging assumptions, and understanding how different functional pieces and various tactics work together to ultimately drive marketing qualified leads and maximize marketing’s return on efforts and investments.Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing strategists to build campaign measurement plans and frameworks, identifying best KPIs and cadences of reporting and data availabilityIdentify marketing channel optimization opportunities leveraging campaign level reporting and analysis as provided by cross functional teams and agenciesSynthesize and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights that optimize and improve KPIs (e.g., deliverability, click-throughs, lead conversion, and ROI)Dive into the technical aspects of various performance marketing channels to identify and troubleshoot data related issuesPartner and integrate with analytics teams to design and maintain reporting dashboardsResearch and implement new tools as needed to expand and/or enrich demand generation programsCreate audience profiles leveraging demographic, firmographic and intent data collected from first-party and third-party industry sourcesRecommend dynamic segments to be deployed in programmatic channels, automated journeys and re-marketing effortsPartnership with sales to manage quality of marketing leads and continually improve on scoring models, criteria and cadenceCollaborate with Web team to analyze GA4, SEMRush, heat mapping software to improve experience and move customers through the sales funnelCommunicate results, key insights and recommendations to key partners and senior leadershipGuide and inspire agency resources as they provide analytics, reporting and data management support Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing and lead generation (preferably within Financial Services)Knowledge of paid, owned & earned media, especially email and direct mail, search, social, web, PR and programmatic display, know their strengths and roles within holistic omnichannel campaignsStrong analytical skills with a deep understanding of multivariate testing and attribution modelsHands-on Marketo Measure (or similar attribution platform), Salesforce and GA4 experience is idealExperience with sales enablement tools (e.g. Seismic) and social listening platformsLeverage Tableau and Data visualization toolsExtraordinary project management and communication skills and a consistent track record of working across sales, analytics, marketing and technology teams This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future#LI-Hybrid#LI-RP1Global Atlantic reserves the right to modify the qualifications and requirements for this position to accommodate business needs and regulatory changes.
