Qualifications: Associate' s Degree in Occupational Therapy MD state license Pediatric experience preferred Position Details: Schedule: Full-timeMultidisciplinary clinic with Speech, behavior therapy (RBT to assist with therapy) Caseload includes a lot of low verbal or nonverbal kiddos, as well as children on the autism spectrum. Experience with or willingness to learn to use AAC devices is preferred. Bilingual Spanish speaker is a huge plus, but a translator is available for Spanish-speaking families Key Responsibilities: Assist in the assessment of childrens' needs and abilities under the supervision of an Occupational TherapistImplement individualized therapy plans to improve childrens' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and coordinationEducate parents and caregivers on how to help their children with daily activities.Develop strategies to help children with sensory processing issues.
