Functional Analyst - Coupa Production Support Location: Washington, DC Duration: 9 MonthsEnvironment: ERP Cloud - Workday, Adaptive Planning, Coupa Position Overview Seeking a Coupa Functional Analyst to support the ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team. The role focuses on production support, configuration, integration troubleshooting, and release management within the Coupa environment. This position will maintain a highly visible production system while supporting enhancements and new functionality deployments. Core Responsibilities Provide production support for Coupa application Troubleshoot system and integration issues Configure Coupa modules, approval hierarchies, and workflows Perform end-to-end testing of: Integrations Reports Analytics Workflows Conduct regression testing for Coupa releases Manage feature updates and implement new functionality Research and resolve integration issues with finance systems Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements Document requirements, designs, and test results Required Skills & Experience Hands-on configuration experience in Coupa Experience supporting Coupa production environments Integration experience between Coupa and finance applications End-to-end testing and regression testing experience Strong documentation skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities
