Create Pastry Perfection: Assist in crafting La Madeleine’s signature pastries and baked goods with precision and consistency. Maintain Quality & Freshness: Inspect ingredients and finished items to ensure every dish meets our high standards. Follow Recipes & Standards: Adhere to portioning, presentation, and storage guidelines to guarantee consistency. Keep It Clean & Organized: Maintain a tidy prep and pastry area, properly sanitize tools, and follow all safety procedures. Support the Team: Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation. What You’ll Bring A passion for food, baking, and craftsmanship Basic knife skills and comfort following recipes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and reach throughout the shift Prior kitchen or bakery experience is a plus, but not required This position operates in a restaurant environment.
