RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Position: RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit Location:Hudson, FL Shifts/Schedule: Full-time • Nights (Rotating Weekends) What You’ll Do: You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of critically ill patients. You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results. You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders. Qualifications Required: MUST have at least 1 year of ICU experience working in an acute care setting Would consider experience working in MICU/SICU/CSU On-site Interviews for this role are required Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. Registered Nurse Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required. American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required within 6 months of hire Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification required within 6 months of hire Compensation & Benefits: Pay rate range: Min $33/hr. - Max $46/hr. (Based on years of experience) Shift Diffs: Nights $4.75/hr., Weekends $3/hr. Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (Paid out in increments over 6 months) Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Basis Why Join Us?
