Your curiosity, love of learning, and active listening give you a significant understanding of healthcare and business.Your TeamCrucial role in upstream marketing within the dynamic FLC marketing team at Baxter.The Associate Product Marketing Manager for Physical Exam and Diagnostics (Skaneateles Falls, NY ) develops, implements, and evaluates the performance of marketing plans and activities for the product portfolio within the FLC division of Baxter. Focusing on the customer, you will position specific products or product lines to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena to maintain Baxter’s strength position in the market.We develop quality products with the patient in mind, so our marketing efforts are also patient-centric. That means you can be proud of our work and the value we provide to people every day.What you'll be doingYou will be accountable for the maintenance and growth of the following product categories:Hearing Screening, Scales, Mechanical BP, Exam Lights, Women’s Health & ‘Scopes. This role will work cross functionally as the subject matter authority for these products globally.Ownership, development and management of go-to-market strategies and marketing programs from concept to execution and measurement to drive high growth business.Develops marketing plans, forecasts revenue, maintains status of customer requirements, and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with the product line objectives.Evaluates business opportunities to define and optimize product positioning through analysis and understanding of target markets, market trends, new technology, customer needs and the competitive environment.Represents the global market and provides support for all sustaining projects associated with products in the portfolio.Deep and broad marketing experience with new product identification and development, product launch, ongoing product management, and lifecycle municates customer feedback to department leaders and evaluates product performance.Serves as the internal and external evangelist for the specific product lines by crafting compelling messages and demonstrating benefits and capabilities.Manages current on market product life cycles and determines end-of-life strategies.Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).What you'll bringBachelor’s degree required.Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device product management, marketing, or related field.Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably medical device or other healthcare related field, technical education, or background also a plus.Excellent oral and written communication skills anized and able to lead multiple priorities effectively.Strong financial and analytical skills including Microsoft Office Excel.Ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Customer needs focused; collaboration and influencing skills with cross functional team members.Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships internally.Track record of innovative thinking and execution.Makes high quality decisions.Is a continuous learner.Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace.
