Materials Rep

Title: Materials Rep Work Location: Summit, New Jersey Duration: 3 months 5 day(s) plus possible extensions Duties: Materials Reps assigned to 1st shift receiving are responsible for unloading all inbound freight, receiving POs within our ERP system, inducting inventory, and putting away stock utilizing handling equipment such as forklifts, turret trucks, and pallet jacks. Essential Duties: Additional responsibilities include receipt and preparation of cross-dock deliveries that will be sent to other AHS facilities. Materials reps are expected to assist in other areas as needed and to ensure warehouse cleanliness at all times. Materials Reps are cross trained to work in all forward picking zones as well as in order consolidation. Job entails pulling product to fulfill requisitions and prepare them for transport to AHS sites. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
