Production Manager

Job Description The Production Manager will lead daily plant operations, overseeing production, personnel, safety, organization, and housekeeping. This role requires a hands on leader with strong operational expertise, a vision for improving a legacy facility, and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. The Ennis facility is currently undergoing updates and modernization. The ideal candidate understands that this is a u201cfixer upperu201d plant with strong long term potential and is excited about shaping its future. The plant operates 5 production lines with approximately 120 employees onsite. The Production Manager directly oversees about 65 team members.
