As an HVAC Service Manager with us you will direct and lead HVAC Service Technician strategies for the branch including defining, implementing, and monitoring your team’s performance. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:Lead and manage the HVAC service team, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and coachingOversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service deliveryMonitor labor costs, materials, equipment, and expenses to achieve budgeted margins and profitsResolve customer issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfactionCoordinate with dispatch to optimize technician selection and schedulingConduct job site inspections and monitor workmanship standardsTrack departmental operations, inventory, tools, vehicles, and maintenanceEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codesProvide ongoing on-the-job training and development for techniciansLead weekly technician meetings and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications: RequirementsHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required with 6-8 years of experience in a service industry company.
