Our client, a stable and growth-oriented independent community bank headquartered in western PA, is seeking a strategic and driven Controller to join its leadership team. This role offers a clear and intentional path to Chief Financial Officer within 18-24 months. Ideal for a banking or financial services professional who combines strong technical expertise with proactive leadership and a desire to help guide an institution through continued transformation.
