Description: Sr, Financial Mgmt Location: Fort Worth TX What You Will Be Doing You will be a Business Analysis assigned to the F22 Modernization Finance portfolio within the Integrated Fighter Group organization. Our team is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Business operations to include proposal development and negotiations, program execution activities, profitability analysis, OSEC (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash) commitments, and internal/external program reporting. As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for financial activities, having sound cost and financial baselines, and collaborate with leadership and program management on contract execution/status. Who You Are You are a detail-oriented financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced program environment and enjoys partnering with program leadership to drive strong financial performance. You bring a solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and program execution, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights that support decision-making. You are collaborative by nature and work effectively with Control Account Managers, Program Managers, and FP&A partners to ensure accurate financial baselines, risk assessments, and reporting. Known for your analytical mindset and strong attention to detail, you proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve contract performance and program outcomes. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating financial results to diverse stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of critical modernization efforts within the Integrated Fighter Group. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college u2022 Experience with SAP, Deltek, or similar business systems Desired Skills: u2022 Familiarity with contract and proposal processes, including various contract types (e.g., FPIF, CPIF, FFP) u2022 Experience with US Government reporting requirements (e.g., CPR, IPMR, CFSR) u2022 Knowledge of Earned Value (EV) applications and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) u2022 Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting u2022 Experience with program management, including program execution and control u2022 Experience with change management and process improvement u2022 Strong communication and project management skills u2022 Strong leadership and team management skills u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
