We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team and help us continue our mission of excellence in dentistry.________________________________________Position Overview:The Dentist will diagnose, treat, and provide comprehensive oral health care to patients of all ages. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. You will work alongside a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine dental examinations and provide treatment plans for patients.Diagnose oral diseases and conditions using tools such as X-rays and other diagnostic equipment.Administer cosmetic and restorative treatments, including, but not limited to fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and root canal therapy.Conduct extractions and minor surgical procedures as needed.Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive dental care, and treatment options.Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient care.Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and all relevant health and safety regulations.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies.Stay current with advances in dental techniques, technologies, and industry developments.Qualifications:Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.Active state dental license in good standing.CPR/BLS certification.Minimum [Insert Experience Requirement, e.g., 2 years] experience as a practicing dentist (preferred, but not required for new graduates).Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team mitment to continuous learning and professional development.Benefits:Flexible hours with a priority on work/life balance.
