Our reported sales in 2025 were $8.9 billion., Job DescriptionUnder general direction, the Fulfillment Clerk Lead will oversee the daily activities of a Hand Labor team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. , Assists supervisor, trains junior staff, plans/organizes tasks, and independently leads projects. , The schedule for this position is Day Shift, 7AM-3:30PM, Mon-Fri., Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following: , , Must follow established procedures for completing daily tasks, and seek guidance from supervisor when confronted with unfamiliar situations.Read and understand job order directionsManage and maintain inventory levels for kittingOversee personnel during kitting process and provide on-the-job training to new employeesMaintain material supply adhering to just-in-time manufacturing principlesManage incoming orders by due datePackage finished product for shippingSchedule and coordinate shipments dailyStage finished product for loadingComplete daily logsOperate simple machines, including but not limited to air pouch machines, shrink wrappers, and banding machinesAssist in basic handwork as needed, separating cards, folding signs, etc.Perform QC of kits to ensure accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentMay be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.Other duties as assigned by management.Regular attendance is an essential function of this pliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is pliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.
