Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking to hire Clinical Nurse-Endoscopy for their client in Sacramento ,CA location Location: Sacramento, CA Shift Hours - 8am to 5pm (M-F) Pay -60/HR-85/HR Job Summary The Clinical Nurse (RN) provides direct, hands-on patient care using evidence-based practice within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act , hospital policies, and regulatory standards. The nurse performs all phases of the nursing process including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and patient/family education. This role emphasizes family-centered care , patient safety, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities + Assess patients, interpret clinical data, and develop individualized plans of care. + Implement nursing and medical interventions safely and evaluate patient responses. + Provide education to patients and families to support recovery and prevent complications. + Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. + Monitor patient status and activate emergency protocols when necessary. + Support a healing environment through emotional support and patient advocacy. + Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic systems. + Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with safety and care standards. + Contribute to staff education through mentorship, precepting, or training activities. + Maintain professional competence through ongoing education and skill development. Qualifications Education + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience + 0u20132 years of clinical nursing experience preferred. + Experience in Pre-Op, PACU, GI, or advanced/therapeutic procedures strongly preferred. Licenses & Certifications + Active California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license + Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Skills + Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills + Effective communication and teamwork abilities + Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment + Commitment to patient-centered and family-focused care Pay Details: $60.00 to $85.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
