The Role We invite you to step into a pivotal role as Service Line Division Head (SLDH) for Endocrinology, partnering with the System Executive Medical Director and operational dyad leadership to shape the future of endocrine care across a growing, integrated health system serving the Finger Lakes, Western, and Northern New York regions. Integrate inpatient, outpatient, and transitional services into a seamless system of endocrine excellence across our nine hospitals and regional clinics. + Champion quality and safety. PAY RANGE: $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14607 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
