Job Title: Finishing Technician u2013 Bead Blasting Schedule: 2nd Shift Mondayu2013Friday 2:54 PM u2013 11:06 PM Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Weekly Pay Employment Type: Temporary Position Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Finishing Technicians to join our Finishing Department. This position is responsible for bead blasting small metal components to achieve required surface finishes and meet established quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills, as comprehensive training will be provided on all bead blasting processes. Key Responsibilities + Perform bead blasting on small metal parts in accordance with specifications + Follow detailed written procedures and photo-guided work instructions + Inspect components to verify proper surface finish and quality compliance + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Adhere to all company safety and quality standards Qualifications Required: + Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or + Ability to follow detailed written and visual instructions + Steel-toe shoes required + Ability to work in a standing position for the duration of the shift Preferred: + Previous manufacturing or finishing experience What Weu2019re Looking For + Strong attention to detail + Accuracy in following written and visual instructions + Dependability and consistent attendance + Willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment If you are reliable, quality-focused, and ready to grow in a manufacturing setting, we encourage you to apply.
