Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In this hybrid position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer support. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity, offering the chance to grow within a dynamic organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Accurately process customer orders and quotes in the system while verifying product availability and inventory levels. u2022 Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to coordinate order entry, confirmations, and updates. u2022 Address customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, returns, credits, and expedited shipping requests. u2022 Resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships. u2022 Utilize Salesforce to manage customer information and streamline processes. u2022 Monitor and track order statuses, providing timely updates to customers and internal teams. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions. u2022 Assist with inbound and outbound calls, delivering attentive and courteous service. u2022 Support the team in achieving service targets and performance goals. u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency. u2022 Hours are 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment. u2022 Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. u2022 Strong skills in order entry and handling inbound/outbound calls. u2022 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs. u2022 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Familiarity with managing customer inquiries related to pricing, returns, and shipping. u2022 Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule, including onsite and remote work.
