If so, lets talk. Your role and responsibilities Role ProfileThe role of the Business Sales & Delivery Leader is to build strategic partnerships for long-term client success. As a member of the market's senior leadership team, you will report to the Regional VP of the market. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the market's overall client expansion plan. You will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of clients of over $5M in revenue. To be successful, you must be able to establish trust, confidence and partnership - for the purpose of identification and capture of new business and technical opportunities. You must also be proficient in understanding and documenting client expectations to ensure attainment, identify risks and develop/implement remediation plans.Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Nurturing deep, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor Client Retention: Ensuring that clients remain satisfied and continue to see value in our partnership over time Strategic Guidance: Offering strategic insights, ensuring that our solutions align with the client's long-term business goals Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and meet the evolving needs of the clientKey Goals Revenue Growth - Focused on generating new revenue streams through extension and expansion of business Client Success - Ensuring the client achieves their business objectives through our solutions and services Sustained Value - Continuously delivering value and adapting solutions to the client's changing needs Partnership Growth - Cultivating a relationship that leads to deeper, ongoing collaborations and business opportunitiesAs of February 9, 2022, Neudesic has been acquired by IBM and is now being integrated into the IBM organization.
