Associate Director Business Analysis

Job Title: Associate Director, Business Systems Analysis Role Summary The Associate Director, Business Systems Analysis leads a team of business analysts and serves as a partner to business and technology leaders to translate strategy into scalable system solutions. This role is accountable for business requirements, process design, and solution alignment across enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, CPQ, Finance, Supply Chain), ensuring systems enable business outcomes, operational efficiency, and growth. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership + Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, setting standards for analysis, documentation, and delivery + Partner with business leaders, IT, and transformation teams to align systems strategy with business objectives + Contribute to enterprise initiatives such as SAP migrations, system modernizations, and process transformations + Drive prioritization of demand and ensure resource alignment across initiatives Business Analysis & Solution Design + Oversee endu2011tou2011end requirements gathering, validation, and prioritization across complex, crossu2011functional processes + Ensure highu2011quality functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria + Facilitate currentu2011state and futureu2011state process design with a focus on standardization and simplification + Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and integration standards Governance & Stakeholder Management + Act as a business systems advisor to executive stakeholders + Support governance forums by providing impact analysis, recommendations, and tradeu2011off decisions + Manage scope, dependencies, and risks related to business requirements and solution design + Serve as a key liaison between business teams, IT delivery, vendors, and global/shared services Delivery & Execution + Partner with program and project managers to support onu2011time, onu2011budget delivery + Support testing strategy, UAT readiness, and business signu2011off + Champion change management and adoption of new systems and processes + Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operational support Qualifications Required + Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field + 8u201312+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product ownership, or related roles + 3+ years of people leadership or matrix team leadership experience + Experience supporting enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, CPQ) + Strong understanding of business process modeling and systems integration + Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisionu2011making Preferred + Experience leading or supporting largeu2011scale ERP implementations or transformations + Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or SAFe delivery models + Experience working in global or matrixed organizations + MBA or advanced degree Key Competencies + Strategic thinking and business acumen + Executiveu2011level stakeholder communication + Team leadership and talent development + Structured problem solving and decision support + Change leadership and organizational impact Success Measures + Quality and clarity of business requirements and solution design + Business stakeholder satisfaction and adoption + Team capability, engagement, and performance + Successful delivery of complex, crossu2011functional initiatives Our Interview Practices _To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
