Receptionist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis, based in Middleton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience within our medical facility. You will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, maintaining patient satisfaction, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities: u2022 Greet patients and visitors with a warm and attentive demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. u2022 Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while maintaining provider schedules and patient flow. u2022 Answer phone calls, address inquiries regarding services, and relay messages accurately to appropriate staff. u2022 Process patient payments, provide receipts, and reconcile daily deposits. u2022 Maintain and organize the front desk area to optimize workflow and enhance the patient experience. u2022 Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Scan and file medical records and reports promptly to maintain accurate documentation. u2022 Support the Clinic Manager with various projects and administrative tasks.
