Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support the VP of Sales at a manufacturing company based in Merton, Wisconsin. This contract-to-permanent position requires a high degree of organization, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. As a key contributor to the sales team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations and enhancing customer experiences. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond to inquiries regarding products and pricing from customers and sales representatives. u2022 Create and provide freight quotes tailored to customer needs. u2022 Monitor, track, and report on various sales activities and interests. u2022 Develop and oversee individualized agreements for customers regarding product accessories. u2022 Analyze sales trends and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. u2022 Manage expense reports, including preparation and reconciliation. u2022 Schedule and coordinate sales meetings as well as multiple trade shows. u2022 Assist in preparing sales budgets and submitting job bids when required. u2022 Organize training sessions and oversee onboarding processes for new sales representatives. u2022 Foster positive relationships to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Requirements u2022 Minimum of two years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role. u2022 Proven skills in managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements. u2022 Strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. u2022 Exceptional planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. u2022 Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. u2022 High level of confidentiality and professionalism. u2022 Familiarity with preparing reports and analyzing sales data. u2022 A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
