Construction Assistant Project Manager

Description Robert Half is partnering with a Washington County commercial construction client in the recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities: u2022 Assist in planning and organizing construction projects to meet deadlines and quality standards. u2022 Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure smooth communication and operations. u2022 Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly. u2022 Review construction plans and ensure they align with project requirements. u2022 Coordinate resources, schedules, and materials to support efficient project execution. u2022 Track project budgets and expenses to ensure financial goals are met. u2022 Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports and updates. u2022 Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project phases. u2022 Support the team in identifying and resolving potential risks or issues. u2022 Facilitate meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
