Project Manager - INTL India

Job Description We are looking for an organized and analytical Project Manager to support strategic digital initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure project governance and reporting excellence. This dual-role position requires a strong understanding of business analysis techniques and project management frameworks, with a focus on delivering value through structured execution and stakeholder alignment. The client is a global rail and transit manufacturer and there is a focus on their transit space at the moment. Lots of projects and initiatives focused on how to digitize the transit world and processes at manufacturing facilities. This role will be working with the business teams and IT/Applications teams to identify areas that can be digitized. Key Responsibilities: PMO Support u2022u2003Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting across the project portfolio. u2022u2003Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports. u2022u2003Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies. u2022u2003Ensure adherence to project governance standards and methodologies. u2022u2003Support resource planning, budgeting, and change control processes. Business Analysis u2022u2003Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. u2022u2003Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows. u2022u2003Conduct data analysis, root cause analysis, and business case development. u2022u2003Support solution design, testing, and user acceptance processes. u2022u2003Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to validate requirements.
