Ensures accurate and complete handoff to/from surgery, including verifying consent and compliance with hospital policy. + Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare providers, ensuring continuity and documentation. + Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken. + Evaluates patient progress towards outcomes systematically, revising diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed. + Administers medications accurately and in compliance with policy. + Demonstrates competent technical skills and operational knowledge of all equipment used in the Surgical Services department. + Other duties as assigned.
