Description We are looking for a dedicated and personable Member Services Representative to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to credit union members, ensuring their financial needs are met with care and professionalism. This is an on-site, long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through excellent customer service. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist members with inquiries, transactions, and account-related issues. u2022 Provide comprehensive guidance to members about credit union services, benefits, and online banking tools. u2022 Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. u2022 Assist members with opening and closing accounts, updating personal information, and resolving issues with debit cards. u2022 Deliver personalized service by addressing member concerns thoroughly, ensuring satisfaction without focusing on quotas or sales. u2022 Maintain detailed knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and compliance regulations to provide consistent and accurate information. u2022 Support members visiting the branch by creating a welcoming environment and fostering positive interactions. u2022 Utilize computer systems and multi-line phone systems to manage member interactions effectively. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution. u2022 Uphold the organizationu2019s commitment to exceptional customer experiences through proactive and friendly communication. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Outlook. u2022 Ability to type efficiently and accurately for data entry and communication purposes. u2022 Previous experience in customer service or call center environments. u2022 Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service. u2022 Familiarity with managing multi-line phone systems. u2022 Capability to handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial processes. u2022 Knowledge of online banking systems and account management. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when addressing member concerns.
