Junior Architect

Responsibilities + Produce construction drawing sets using REVIT and AutoCAD. + Participate in all phases of project development including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction administration. + Conduct existing condition surveys by traveling to job sites. + Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives. + Communicate effectively with clients and engineering trades to ensure project progression. + Respond to RFIs and manage submittals. Essential Skills + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture + 2-3 years experience in commercial architecture with a preference for retail projects. + Ability to produce comprehensive construction drawings. + Experience in schematic design, design development, and construction administration. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Red Bank, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
