Community Manager (PM)

Description Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and hospitalityu2011driven Community Manager to create, manage, and elevate the tenant and visitor experience at a premier office property. This role focuses on community programming, event planning, social media management, and concierge services, with a strong emphasis on fostering engagement within a lifeu2011sciencesu2013focused tenant community. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, techu2011savvy, and serviceu2011orientedu2014comfortable managing events ranging from small meetings to largeu2011scale activations while serving as a visible ambassador for the property. Key Responsibilities Community & Tenant Engagement + Design and execute engaging propertyu2011wide programming that fosters inclusion and community + Plan and manage professional conferences, networking events, and social activations (up to 3,000 attendees) + Coordinate external use of amenity spaces and oversee conference/event areas + Actively network within the life sciences industry to support relevant programming + Assist property management with welcome events and materials for new tenants Event Planning & Operations + Manage scheduling and use of building amenities (conference rooms, rooftop terrace, tenant lounges, etc.) + Maintain and manage the property programming budget + Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure best pricing and services + Build and manage a local Preferred Vendor list + Provide detailed reporting for tenant requests and service billing Marketing, Social Media & Communications + Manage the property app admin portal and keep content aligned with luxury brand standards + Promote app usage among tenants, guests, and visitors + Manage and post to property social media accounts + Design and write internal marketing materials for events and programming (digital and print) Concierge & Client Services + Serve as an onu2011site concierge and informational resource for tenants + Respond promptly to inu2011person, phone, and email requests + Arrange meetings, services, gifts, reservations, and other tenant needs + Stay current on local dining, entertainment, and cultural offerings Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications + Event planning experience (minimum 1 year; 3+ years preferred) + Comfort with social media platforms and digital engagement + Strong organizational and multiu2011tasking skills in a fastu2011paced environment + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationshipu2011building abilities + Ability to creatively design bespoke programs for diverse audiences + Professional demeanor, proactive mindset, and strong customeru2011service orientation + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, iOS tools, and digital/marketing software u2022Education & Experience + Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent professional experience + 3+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or hospitality, including VIP guest service + Prior concierge or VIP retail experience strongly preferred + Strong knowledge of the local Marlborough/Bostonu2011area scene (dining, retail, entertainment) Innovation starts with people.u00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
