Assistant Operator

Job Title: Assistant Operator Job Description In this role, you will receive comprehensive training from our experienced team to ensure your success. Expect to engage in a variety of tasks, including gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, ensuring the quality of finished products, understanding the manufacturing process through continuous training, and monitoring machine operations. You will work closely in groups of 3-4 skilled individuals, learning daily manufacturing roles through collaboration. Responsibilities + Gather and move materials to and from the production line. + Ensure the quality of finished products. + Engage in continuous training to understand the manufacturing process. + Monitor machine operations. Essential Skills + Experience operating machinery. + Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. + Team player with strong collaboration skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working off a work order. + Experience in any industrial environment. + Machine operating experience may lead to higher pay rates and positions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.92 - $24.33/hr.
