Division Director of Laboratory Services Nashville, TN Full-Time Days (No Weekends) Salary up to $160,000 + $20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Up to 17.5% Incentive Bonus Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Division Director of Laboratory Services to lead multi-site laboratory operations at a regional/national level. This executive-level opportunity is ideal for a strong laboratory leader with Medical Technologist experience and a proven track record overseeing complex healthcare systems. Position Overview The Division Director of Laboratory Services provides strategic oversight, operational leadership, and consultative support across multiple hospital laboratories. This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, compliant laboratory operations while driving financial performance and service excellence.
