Position Details: u00b7 Contract Length: 26 Weeks (Extensions Available) u00b7 Number of Openings: 4 u00b7 Shift Length: 8hrs u00b7 Start Date: 3/17/2026 u00b7 Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Local and Travel Rates Available... Rates are based on experience. The LPNs assists individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges with growth and development of interpersonal skills and Activities of Daily Living in the home, community or residential setting. The LPN works directly with the resident and provides daily medication. The LPN should follow the guidance of the resident/ patients Individual Service Plan.
