Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and expertise in financial reporting and validation processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze and review complex financial disclosures related to investment footnotes to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Collaborate closely with the reporting team to validate data and maintain consistency across financial reports. u2022 Adapt to changing data sets and processes due to the companyu2019s growth, including new legal entities and accounts. u2022 Ensure all financial reporting adheres to SEC regulations and standards. u2022 Provide detailed insights and recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. u2022 Oversee the preparation of annual financial reports and disclosures, ensuring they meet organizational and regulatory requirements. u2022 Work with cross-functional teams to address reporting challenges and streamline processes. u2022 Utilize strong problem-solving skills to manage evolving data and reporting needs effectively. u2022 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial reporting practices and industry standards. u2022 Support the team in delivering high-quality reports within tight deadlines. Requirements u2022 Proven expertise in financial reporting, including SEC compliance. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing data sets and processes. u2022 Experience working with annual financial reporting and investment disclosures. u2022 Proficiency in validating financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability. u2022 Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements, including EPS and other financial metrics. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in financial reporting.
