ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT u2013 SALES SUPPORT Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a our client located in Winsted, CT. $ 19 - $ 26hr Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant u2013 Sales Support may include but are not limited to the following: Responsibilities + Answer and direct incoming phone calls and be responsible for booking appointments. + Manage designersu2019 appointment calendars in CRM. + Greet visitors as needed and assist with office support needs. + Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation department. + Complete general office duties with strong verbal and written communication skills. Requirements + 3+ years administrative experience u2013 sales support a plus + Proficient in MS Word and Outlook + Excellent phone etiquette. + Strong personal organizational skills. + Strong work ethic. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
