Patient Admin Specialist

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Admin Specialist in Lewes, Delaware. This role is in the healthcare industry where you will be interacting with customers and patients, managing their accounts, and handling their inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door within the healthcare field Responsibilities: u2022 Engage in patient-facing activities and provide a high level of customer service. u2022 Process patient credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Responsible for answering inbound calls and dealing with patient queries promptly. u2022 Maintain an up-to-date record of patient credit information. u2022 Perform authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions as part of the role. u2022 Participate in clinical trial operations as required. u2022 Monitor patient accounts and take necessary actions based on account status.
