Maintenance Technician _Start ASAP - Weekly Pay_ _We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations across a variety of manufacturing and industrial facilities in the Sioux Falls area. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to safety and equipment reliability._ Pay Range: $30u2013$35 per hour (based on experience and certifications) Hours: 6amu20134:30pm (Mu2013Fr) Responsibilities: u2022 Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems u2022 Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment u2022 Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals u2022 Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime u2022 Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs u2022 Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards u2022 Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance u2022 Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery Work Environment: u2022 Indoor industrial and manufacturing settings u2022 Fast-paced, hands-on environment u2022 Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures u2022 Use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment required Skills: u2022 3u20135 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred u2022 Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems u2022 Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot PLCs is a plus u2022 Welding and fabrication experience a bonus u2022 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills u2022 OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred u2022 Valid driveru2019s license and reliable transportation Apply now Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
