Lab Analyst- Food Production at Gem State Staffing in Twin Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Gem State Staffing is now accepting applications for a Day Shift Lab Technician position atfor a full-time, permanent position in Twin Falls.This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, basic lab experience, and an interest in food safety, quality control, and laboratory analysis. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis on food production samples. Accurately record, document, and report test results. Follow established food safety, quality control, and laboratory procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab equipment and work areas. Assist with sample preparation, labeling, and storage. Identify and report any quality or safety concerns. Comply with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with production and quality teams. Will analyzes whey products including testing for moisture content, pH, bacteria, protein, and other properties as assigned. Prepares media for bacteria analysis, clean laboratory equipment and instruments and measure instruments and interpret results.
