Director of Finance

Description We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to oversee and optimize the financial operations of our organization in Seattle, Washington. This role involves managing key financial functions, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive financial growth and efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee all financial operations, including general ledger management, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and budgeting. u2022 Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. u2022 Manage banking and investment relationships to align with organizational goals. u2022 Ensure compliance with loan covenants and maintain robust internal financial controls. u2022 Lead the development of annual budgets and forecasts, providing regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. u2022 Administer the organizationu2019s 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, coordinating audits and regulatory filings. u2022 Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering collaboration and encouraging attention to detail and growth. u2022 Collaborate with leadership on compensation planning, insurance renewals, and financial aspects of employment agreements. u2022 Offer financial insights and recommendations to support strategic growth and operational efficiency. The salary range for this position is $165,000 to $225,000.
