Job Description Responsibilities: u00b7 Provide handsu2011on support for laptop refresh and migration activities, including device setup, configuration, and deployment u00b7 Assist end users with the transition from legacy equipment to new laptops, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations u00b7 Perform hardware provisioning, imaging, asset tagging, and equipment tracking u00b7 Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure timely delivery, replacement, and return of equipment u00b7 Document activities, issues, and resolutions using established ITSM tools and processes u00b7 Maintain accurate asset management records, including inventory updates and device assignments u00b7 Provide onu2011site and/or desku2011side support to end users as needed u00b7 Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams following standard support procedures u00b7 Adhere to company policies, security standards, and deployment timelines throughout the migration effort A client of Insight Global is seeking support on their End User Computing (EUC) team to assist with a largeu2011scale laptop migration across North America. In this role, you will work closely with IT leadership, project managers, and end users to facilitate the transition from legacy equipment to new hardware. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in user support, help desk, desktop support, or IT asset management who are looking to gain handsu2011on experience in an enterprise environment.
